We and our vendors may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies for website functionality, security, analytics, personalization, advertising, attribution, and measurement. These technologies may collect identifiers and online activity and may recognize a browser or device over time and across websites or services.

Some advertising and analytics providers may independently use information collected through our website in accordance with their own privacy practices. Disclosures of online identifiers, website activity, approximate location, vehicle interests, or inferences to advertising partners can be considered "sale," "sharing," or processing for "targeted advertising" under certain state privacy laws, even if no money is exchanged. Where required, we provide an opt-out mechanism and honor qualifying opt-out preference signals.

You can use browser settings and any cookie/privacy controls made available on our website to manage certain technologies. Blocking some technologies may affect website features. Browser settings do not necessarily exercise legal opt-out rights unless they transmit a signal recognized by applicable law.

When a vendor acts as our service provider or contractor under applicable privacy law, we require appropriate contractual restrictions regarding the use and disclosure of personal information. A third party that independently determines how it uses information may be subject to its own privacy notice.

9. Text Messaging Privacy

If you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages, we may use your mobile number to communicate with you regarding inquiries, requested information, vehicles, appointments, transactions, service requests, offers, or other communications permitted by your consent and applicable law.

We may disclose such information to service providers, telecommunications providers, aggregators, messaging platforms, and other vendors as necessary to facilitate and deliver our text-messaging services, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP to a message from us. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information in the Contact Us section.

Text messages are generally transmitted through telecommunications networks without end-to-end encryption. Do not send Social Security numbers, payment credentials, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary text messages unless specifically directed to a secure process.

We use and disclose sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by applicable law or as otherwise disclosed to you. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for advertising purposes.

Financing decisions may be made by lenders or finance providers under their own policies and applicable law.

14. Security, Children, and Third-Party Services

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and this Policy does not promise that a security incident can never occur.
